Basement Finish

This project involved finishing a basement in a townhome bungaloft unit built in 2014.  The large footprint basement was a pleasure to work with due to its 9 foot ceilings and ample square footage.  Finished spaces include laundry room, 2 piece bathroom, office/spare room, and large family room with dry stack stone fireplace and custom built ins.  There is also a partially finished studio/workshop space that adjoins the family room through a rustic, barn door made of reclaimed barn boards. The space blends old and new to create a modern and cozy space which gives the homeowners an extra 1200 square feet of finished space.
